2) No Liability for Serum Actions: The Serum system derived intelligence are AI-derived and operate based on algorithms, models, and data inputs. While every effort has been made to ensure accuracy, reliability, and ethical behavior, Serum may occasionally produce unexpected or erroneous results. Therefore, Catena as the provider of the Serum (“Catena”) cannot be held liable for any actions, decisions, or consequences resulting from the use of Serum.

3) User Responsibility: Users of Serum are responsible for their own actions and decisions made based on the output or recommendations provided by Serum. Users must exercise due diligence, critical thinking, and human judgment when interpreting and applying the information generated by Serum. Catena shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the misuse, misinterpretation, or reliance upon Serum.
